We will retain this information for at least 5 years. These are mainly information related to orders and tax documents that we are required to keep by law.

Buyer’s obligation

The Buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to present his or her personal information correctly and truthfully and that he is obliged to inform the seller of any change in his personal information without undue delay. The Buyer confirms that the personal data provided are accurate and that he has been advised that this is a voluntary provision of personal data.

  • Information entered in subscription forms

This information may include your first name and email address. We use this information to send you our newsletter to which you can subscribe in a few ways on our Site (ticking the checkbox on the Checkout page or filling single subscription form).

We don’t process all personal data on our own and use third parties which act like processors. We will never provide your personal data to any third party without your prior consent.

Active 24 provides us hosting. All data related to our website are stored on servers of this company (https://www.active24.cz).

  • Smartlook

Smartlook allows us to record what exactly the visitors are doing on our site. Thanks to that we know how to improve our site to ensure visitors get the best experience.
